Pupil Voice
As a school, we value the importance of pupil voice and use this on a regular basis to influence every aspect of school life. Each year, we conduct a full pupil voice survey which looks at key, whole-school questions; from these results, we then determine any areas which we, as a school, need to focus on. These results, from November 2023, are shared below.
On a more informal and often regular basis, our subject leaders and our Senior Management Team may use a smaller sample of pupils to gain insight into other areas. This may include gaining pupil voice around developing the school building, extracurricular activities, proposed curriculum changes and school meals.
