Parent Voice and Partnership Group

At Stamford Park Primary School, we believe that the best outcomes for our children come from strong connections with parents and carers, listening to feedback, and engaging with our wider community. Each year, we carry out a full parent voice survey (below) covering all aspects of school life. The results help us identify priorities and focus on the areas of school life that matter most to our families.

We also welcome more informal conversations during our coffee morning events / after-school social events and Parent Partnership Group meetings. These aim to give parents the opportunity to discuss specific areas of school life and review practice with staff on a regular basis.

The parent's voice is an essential part of life at Stamford Park Primary School. Teachers and senior leaders seek your views through everyday conversations, classroom feedback, and informal discussions, as well as through structured opportunities such as surveys, meetings, and formal consultations. This ensures that your voice directly contributes to the development and improvement of our school.

Stamford Park Primary School Parent Voice

By working together, we aim to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive community where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

What Is The Parent Partnership Group?

The Parent Partnership Group is a collaborative forum where parents and school leaders work together to:

  • Share and discuss parent feedback

  • Explore school priorities and developments

  • Generate ideas to enhance pupils’ experiences

  • Strengthen communication between families and school

  • Promote a positive and inclusive school community

Please note, this is not a complaints' forum, but a constructive and forward-thinking group that is focused on continuous improvement.

Who Can Join?

The group is open to all parents and carers, and we aim to ensure fair representation across different year groups. We welcome a wide range of perspectives and experiences.

You do not need any specific experience or expertise — just a willingness to engage positively and contribute ideas.

When Does The Group Meet?

The Parent Partnership Group meets once each half-term, with meetings lasting approximately one hour. These will be communicated through the regular school newsletters.
