Deva Roman Experience

The children had a great time in Chester, learning how to be a Roman solider. We learnt to march around the streets of Chester (or Deva) and made several formations to defend ourselves and attack our enemies! We also enjoyed being shown around the museum and hearing how the Romans ate, washed and even...how they went to the toilet! We were lucky to have a nice sunny day for our visit and an enjoyable bus ride!
