Children's Mental Health Week

This week the children focused on their mental health by taking part in lots of mindfulness activities.  These ranged from yoga, painting, meditation, playing outside, colouring, and their favourite, paining. The children also completed some artwork focusing on our Zones Of Regulations! We kept a jolly jar in class, where we wrote down something nice about our friends and teachers! The children were reminded to always use our techniques throughout the year!
