Data Protection

Stamford Park Primary School takes all necessary precautions to ensure that personal data collected about pupils, parents, staff, governors, visitors and any other individuals is collected, stored and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations and the expected provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018, as set out in the Data Protection Bill.  All our policies are based on its guidance and code of practice. 

Our school is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office.
